The other day I saw a kid order a “Spiderman” at the Snowball stand, so I decided to give it a shot today. A Spiderman Snowball is half Strawberry and half Blue Bubblegum, it is soooo good!

During the summer there are lots of dragonflies flying around. Here is a picture of a pretty red one that landed in the backyard over the weekend. We are lucky enough to have lots of dragonflies this year so I’ve been getting a few pictures while I am out gardening - in addition to the red dragonfly above I have photographed a green and blue one too!

Here is a picture of the world famous Penny the mini pin. “Mini Pin” is short for Miniature Pinscher. She is a very cute and adorable dog who loves to run around the backyard and chase birds and lizards. This breed demands attention and enjoys lots of outdoor play. This is a picture of the horseshoe my great grandfather nailed to the telephone pole outside his home over 50 years ago. You can see that it has been there for a long time, and the weather has started to eat the horseshoe away as it rusts over the years.

Here is a honey bee doing his job pollinating cucumber flowers.

Here are the cucumbers and radishes a little under a month since the rain. The cucumbers are on hills in the middle and the radishes were planted around the edge of the bed.
